Follow Highway 50 through Stateline (casino area), past 207 (kingsbury grade), past roundhill shopping area. On lake side of highway will be the Zephyr cove resort area with a traffic light. Past this light to the blinking yellow light strung across highway 50. This is warrior way. Make a right turn (there's a turn out lane) and follow road until the first right turn (signed as Public library entrance - turn right). This will take you to the upper library parking lot.
From Nevada: (spooner summit)
Look for the yellow blinking light strung across the highway. (this light is for the fire station at this "T" intersection. Turn left onto warrior way. Follow the road until the first right turn (signed as Public library entrance - turn right). This will take you to the upper library parking lot.
