TARA Membership Dues
Change for 2020!

Back in October 2008, the Board voted to restructure membership classification and set the yearly dues rate to $18.

Now, Eleven years later, it was once again time to evaluate TARA's expenses.
Consequentially,the board moved to set a new yearly dues rate of $25.

This new rate applies to each FULL MEMBERSHIP beginning January 1, 2020.

To insure a fair implementation of this increase, New and Renewing Full members
may pay the previous rate of $18 as long as it is received before December 31, 2019.

You may also renew for multiple years at this rate!

Membership dues may be received in person at our
November General membership meeting
or
the Christmas Meeting on December 8th.

TARA does not offer a "Family" or "Life Time" type of membership.

"Associate Membership"
Please remember that TARA is unique in the area with an "Associate Membership" that requires only:
1) An FCC amateur radio license
2) The interest to be involved in amateur radio with TARA.
In other words, it's FREE.

No voting rights, but a great way to experience TARA before a decision to support the club financially.

TARA's yearly income has changed and we are adjusting our budget to reflect this expected loss of revenue and increased costs of operating. This adjustment will help TARA continue to operate in the future at our current levels of Amateur Radio and Community involvement.
